What this is

A dream sharing circle

A dream sharing circle brings a small group together to talk through recent dreams out loud, usually one person at a time while everyone else listens without interrupting. A facilitator often opens with a prompt, and the group may offer their own associations once someone finishes, though nobody tells another person what their dream means. Regulars tend to be people who already journal or pay attention to their dreams, alongside newcomers who have never spoken one out loud before.

Bring a dream you remember if you have one, and be ready to listen more than you speak.
