What to expect

A sound bath is a listening session. A facilitator plays gongs, singing bowls or chimes while the room lies still with eyes closed, usually for about an hour. There is nothing to learn beforehand and nothing to perform, and many listings ask you to bring a mat and a blanket.

How we choose

Every event here came from a source page we fetched, and each one is checked again against its own listing before it is marked verified. A listing we cannot confirm is dropped rather than guessed at. Descriptions say what is happening and where, nothing about what attending will do for you.
